In a heartwarming display of community spirit, volunteers and animal lovers gathered yesterday for their first sponsored pet care event, offering essential health support and supplies to pets and their owners.

The event focused on improving the well-being of companion animals, especially for families who may struggle to access regular veterinary services.

Throughout the day, dogs and cats received on-site tick and flea preventative treatments, helping protect them from parasites that can cause serious health problems.

Each pet owner also received a thoughtful gift bag filled with helpful supplies, including additional preventative treatments for the coming months, insecticides to help keep homes pest-free, as well as collars, leashes, and other essentials.

The goal was simple: keep pets healthier and safer long after the event ended.
