Eric Orengo, 28, was just heading home from work… when everything changed in seconds ⚠️

A truck speeding at 75 MPH slammed into him 🚛💥
Throwing him off his moped… and then partially running him over before driving away 😳

For nearly 40 minutes… Eric lay there, broken and helpless 😢
Until one stranger noticed his white socks… and chose to stop 🤍

What followed was devastating:
A spinal injury, skull trauma, broken leg, fractured knee, ribs, and neck 💔

Now… the man who once provided for his family may not be able to work for over a year.
