No one could get close… and there was a reason.

A woman suddenly felt unwell, and an ambulance was called.
Everything was urgent.

But when the responders tried to help her…
something stopped them.

A small dog stood in front of her.

Still.
Alert.
Unmoving.

He didn’t bark wildly.
He didn’t attack.

But he wouldn’t let anyone get too close.

He was one of the dogs she had cared for.
And in that moment, he only understood one thing—

She needed him.

To everyone else, it was an emergency.
To him…
they were trying to take her away.

With patience and care, they gently moved him aside
so they could help her.

And just before she was taken…

He stepped forward,
placed his little paws on her…

As if asking one last question:
“Are you okay?”

In the end, it was only a scare.
